Our hope is that every student who attends Horizon will be known by name, and their story will be known by a caring adult in our church. A Small Group is formed around a group of friends, and it will typically meet once per week in someone’s home, coffee shop or even here at Horizon. As a Small Group Leader, you will have the amazing privilege of walking alongside a group of high school students as they navigate the adventurous waters of adolescence.
