In the spring, children love to engage in Easter egg hunts, searching for treasures buried around the house and yard. In pop culture, creators often hide “Easter Eggs” in their works -- secret images or recurring characters for fans to discover.  And as a metaphor, it’s not unlike the way God placed clear clues in Scripture that hint at Christ’s arrival and His plan for our salvation.
