Operations Manager
About Ron:
Ron Sweet is the Operations Manager at Horizon. As the liaison with our facilities management and IT companies, he ensures that the operations of the Horizon building and computer networks run smoothly. He is also responsible for assisting the Ecological Stewardship Team. Ron graduated from the Fire and Police Academies, with 15 years’ experience with police, fire and EMT. He was most recently a Plant Manager and Regional Sales Manager for Graeter’s Ice Cream. He enjoys biking, landscaping, and spending time with his family. He and his wife, Tayler, have one son, Gage, and have been attending Horizon for 9 years.
