About Ron:

Ron Sweet joined Horizon in 2023 and serves as our Director of Facilities. In this role, he acts as the primary liaison with our facilities management and IT partners, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the Horizon campus and the reliability of our computer networks.  Cincinnati native, Ron is a graduate of both the Fire and Police Academies and brings 15 years of combined experience in law enforcement, fire service, and EMS. Prior to Horizon, he served as a Plant Manager and Regional Sales Manager for Graeter’s Ice Cream. Outside of work, Ron enjoys riding his Spyder, landscaping, and spending time with friends and family. He and his wife, Tayler, have one son, Gage, and have been attending Horizon for 11 years.
