This year at Horizon, we'll be hosting our own cooking show, blending the art of festive food preparation with the heart of the Christmas story. Each Sunday a specific dish will be prepared: smoked salmon canapés, potato pancakes, tri-color herbed bread, shepherd’s pie, and Polish Angel Wings, with each one relating to that week's exploration of the Nativity narrative.
