Exploring | Roddy Chong, Violin Virtuoso

Horizon is privileged to have Roddy join us on Sunday, February 23rd at the 11 a.m. Exploring Service. He will perform a mini concert with the Horizon Band with a mix of classic and modern rock music… and of course some TSO tunes! Chad Hovind will interview Roddy, where you’ll get a sneak peek into his career and “backstage” stories about touring over the years with Celine Dion, Shania Twain, the TSO and more! Roddy will also discuss his journey to Christ and how he came to know the main message of the Bible.

Roddy Chong is a remarkably accomplished Asian American violinist known for his high-energy performances with many of the music industry’s most recognized acts.  He has toured with Shania Twain and Celine Dion simultaneously, and is the “String Master” for the arena rock band, Trans-Siberian Orchestra (TSO).  This past January, Roddy completed his 16th winter tour with TSO, where he does 60 shows in six weeks every year.
