The Six Conversations: Pathways to Connecting in an Age of Isolation and Incivility Men's Book Club

Sunday, August 11
9:45 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Horizon men... join John Kirby, Connections Pastor, for a book club reading The Six Conversations: Pathways to Connecting in an Age of Isolation and Incivility. Attend three Sundays, beginning August 11th at 9:45 a.m., to learn how to develop deeper understanding and intimacy in everyday conversations. Improve your conversations with those you love, your spouse, your children as well as those you interact with at work and in the community. Written by Heather Holleman, a Penn State rhetoric professor, this book will help you develop practical skills to become a better conversationalist and create meaningful connections with others. No Bible background is needed. Each week will require advance reading of a chapter or more in the book. Materials will be available at the Registration Desk prior to the first meeting.

To register for this book club, click the green registration button.  Register early as space is limited.
