We know that bringing your faith to work can be challenging and sometimes unwelcome. What does it look like to live out your faith authentically in your workplace? And how do we navigate bringing our faith into the business world?

Join Women’s Dinner Speaker, Sue Glotfelty, retired Cintas executive, as she shares her insights on incorporating her faith into the workplace. A panel of other Horizon women will also share their experiences navigating the integration of their faith into their career settings. There will be time toward the end of the evening for table discussions.

Speakers and Panelists:
Sue Glotfelty, Retired, Marketing & Customer Strategist, Cintas Corporation
In 2021, Sue retired from a career highly concentrated around marketing strategy and improving customer experiences. From a start at Burke Marketing Services, she ventured into banking at what is now known as U.S. Bank and then on to her longest and final “stint” at Cintas Corporation. She had the privilege of leading many diverse teams creating new products, new service models and new programs for customers and employees. Her roles allowed her to interact with broad levels of people within and outside of the organization. Along the way, she learned that the workplace is a place where you can hone your Christian walk. Sue and her husband, Phil, live in Mt. Adams, where they successfully raised and launched three sons.

Deb Flannery, Retail Executive
Deb grew up in Cincinnati and graduated from Cincinnati Country Day School. She enjoyed an exciting career in retail with Ann Taylor, and with L Brands as Director of Stores Philanthropy. Focusing on her commitment to nurture children and empower women, Deb has served on business advisory boards for After-School All-Stars, CA and the Columbus Coalition Against Family Violence, OH as well as supporting Solid Rock Outdoor Ministries, WY with business development. More recently, Deb has been leading and developing teams at multiple spas/clinics in the Cincinnati area.

Amy Lambert, Market Research Consultant
Amy leads market research for a variety of healthcare clients as a Qualitative Research Consultant for Ipsos Understanding Unlimited.  Prior to joining Ipsos fourteen years ago, she had a fifteen-year career in Pharmaceutical Sales, Marketing and Training with Pfizer, Inc.  Amy has been married to her husband, Bill, for 28 years and they have three children: Jack (22) who is a senior at Notre Dame, Ella (21) who is a junior at Vanderbilt University, and Will (16) who is a sophomore at Turpin High School.

Leann Phillips, Hand Dish Consumer Market Knowledge Senior Manager, Procter & Gamble
LeAnn has spent 17 years working at P&G, with 12 years in Baby Care Research & Development, and the last 5 years in Home Care Analytics & Insights.  She has been married to her husband, Jared, for 14 years, and is the mother of two boys, Logan (9) and William (5).  Outside of work, LeAnn enjoys outdoor adventures, sporting events with her boys, and quality time with family and friends.

Sue Poynter, Physician, Pediatric Intensive Care, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital
Sue is a doctor in the pediatric intensive care unit at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. She first came to Children’s in 1997 as a pediatric resident and has been part of the faculty for 20 years. Sue completed a master’s degree in medical education at the University of Cincinnati, and is the Program Director of the Pediatric Residency Program in which she oversees the educational curriculum and training requirements of ~200 trainees in pediatrics. She recently joined the Partners in Medical Relief group for a Belize medical mission trip.
