Ecological Serving Projects at Horizon

Saturday, March 9
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Horizon, in partnership with Cincinnati Nature Center, is working on a project to restore native plants and biodiversity on our grounds. Horizon is seeking those passionate about improving our environment.

March 9th: Indoor activities include seed sorting, packet filling and decorating the packets. This is a fun and educational activity for parents to do together with kids, while connecting with other families who attend Horizon. Outdoor activities include invasive cutting and treating for ages 11 and up from 10 a.m. to noon.

EXCITING NEWS!
The seed packets created in March will be used in a church-wide seed scattering event this coming spring!

Everyone is welcome to join in these service dates so bring the whole family! Children under 12 who would like to participate in a service project should be accompanied by a parent.
