Ecological Stewardship Service Project

Horizon, in partnership with Cincinnati Nature Center, is working on a project to restore native plants and biodiversity on our grounds. Horizon is seeking those passionate about improving our environment. Eco Service Projects are planned throughout the year to remove invasive plants on the Horizon grounds, pile brush for bonfires, and plant native flowers and trees. 

On Saturday, July 8th, an Eco Service Project is planned from 9 a.m. - 11 a.m at Horizon. This is also an opportunity for Horizon's E-Station students and their families to serve with Sierra and have a fun Summer treat after serving!

Everyone is welcome to join in.... bring the whole family! Children under 12 who would like to participate in a service project should be accompanied by a parent.
