Join Darcy Bien, Cyndi Wineinger and other Horizon women who are balancing life against demanding careers, and learning to find joy in the midst of the STRETCH. Learn to know yourself and your strengths, and how to best work with others while connecting with Horizon women. One of the four sessions is offered monthly on Thursday evenings or Saturday mornings.

Thursdays from 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Saturdays from 8 a.m. – 10 a.m.

• A light dinner will be served on Thursdays, and a light breakfast will be served on Saturdays.

• Childcare by RSVP will be provided for infant – 4th grade.
• Thursday and Saturday sessions are interchangeable each week.
• Each session stands alone and is designed to accommodate those with busy schedules. Please attend as many sessions as your schedule allows.

Darcy Bien attends Horizon with her family and has served together with other Horizon women on the Cancun Women’s Serving Trip she attended through Back2Back Ministries. She has a Harvard MBA, Mechanical Engineering BS from Georgia Tech, and started her career with Procter and Gamble. Being the daughter of an entrepreneur who struggled with execution may explain Darcy’s bulldog tenacity among clients for doing whatever it takes to achieve successful strategic implementation. She has written numerous articles on strategic implementation, and a book, Strategy in Motion: A Proven Playbook for Companies Who Win, will be available on Amazon in a few months.

Cyndi Wineinger left a 10-year career at Procter and Gamble to become the third pastor at Crossroads Church during the first six months it started. She served there for nine years building and overseeing ministries. For more than 35 years, Cyndi has specialized in the human side of business, while coaching leaders to achieve their strategic goals. She engages neuroscientific evidence to show teams how to evolve quickly, course correct, and thrive. Her approach to leadership development allows the culture and success created by healthy leaders to be repeatable, empowering, and engaging. Cyndi holds a Professional Master Coaching Certification, a distinction held by 2% of coaches, and an Advanced Birkman Consultant Certification, as well as numerous other change management certifications.
