The Bema Screening

The Bema. You’re invited to a special 90-minute screening of The Bema on Sunday, Jan. 31st at 6 p.m. in the Horizon Chapel.  Based on the novel, The Bema: A Story About the Judgment Seat of Christ, the DVD, created by Bent Tree in Texas, is a fictional dramatic production inspired by the Biblical truth in 2 Corinthians 5:10.  This verse indicates that we will appear one day before the judgment seat of Christ (the Bema) and will be graciously rewarded for the things Jesus did through us. The Bema centers around the experience of one man, Daniel Scott Matthewson, on that day. 

The evening will begin with an introduction from Lead Pastor, Chad Hovind, followed by the showing of the 90 minute DVD, and conclude with worship music. Chad Hovind and Doug Daily will be available in the Hearth Room after the showing to answer any questions.
