The Great Adventure of Manhood

The desire is that every man live from the heart God has given him in order to become the kind of man God desires him to be. 

This session, Doug Daily will be presenting a 20-week study entitled “The Great Adventure of Manhood.”  It will explore a man and his world beyond the every day.  The focus will be on helping a man find his "unique fit" in life… one that is realistic, thrilling, and deeply satisfying.  One that makes him come alive.

It was that first century saint Irenaeus who said, “The glory of a God is man who is fully alive.”

This is the third year in a three-year examination of authentic manhood.  It began two years ago as we explored “The Quest for Authentic Manhood” and last session as we examined “Winning at Work and Winning at Home.”  The current session, kicking off in Oct. 2014, will culminate in an exploration of the adventure God has in store for every man.

•  Find teammates to “get you there”.

•  Learn how to begin with the end in mind.

•  Deal with unfinished business.

•  Avoid shortcuts (that are really “dead ends”).
