The Giving Tree

Horizon partners with local agencies (City Gospel Mission and Inter Parish Ministry) to provide assistance to families during the holidays. The Giving Tree is located in the Atrium near the fireplace beginning Nov. 15th.  Select an ornament from the tree. Each ornament offers a unique way to provide gifts, clothing or a gift card to families in need this Christmas.  Please return gifts to Horizon by Sunday, Dec. 7th.
